Nothing is changing when you are not changing

JUST MOVE!

I’ve decided to change my life in 2013. Previously I had low level of energy and I preffered to watch tv insted of doing something for myself.
I’ve been in terrbile shape, my 2 years old doughter demanded more from me… But I couldn’t catch her. Then I’ve decided to change it!

29.09.2013, 11 days after my 30th birthday, I’ve run the Warsaw Marathon in 3:30:00

The first GOAL: marathon

In my younger years I’ve said, that I would run a marathon (before knowing how far is it). Even I’ve decided to do that before 30ties.

I’ve started to run when I was 29 and 7 months… so there was not a lot of time.

The first run was tragic. 6km in 7min/km. After firts 10k I couldn’t walk for 2 weeks. But I’ve decided not to quit. Day bay day I loved it more and more. 

That adventure has changed my life

The whole road has changed a lot in my life. I’ve started to watch more closely what I eat, and what do I do in my free time. Crossing that finish line I had tears in my eyes. From one side tears of pain… but of joy and happiness as well

GOAL

SPORT makes my life more complete. I’ve got something to chase and something which helps me with my daily stress. On the other hand, I’m a good example for my two doughters

Schedule

It seems that, if you have a lot to do… taking more is not wise. But in that case I’ve made my priorities and then could schedule better my life. So from that poin I had more time for my sport activities. 

I want to do more!

Besides exhausting trainings I’ve got more energy and definitely my quality of life has improved.
